      What are you guys using? I'm using Jakc3d right now and I have to say that it's the best I've ever used. I used to love fizogen blast cycle, but it make ya poop. I think this stuff might be better than that.

      I don't use any. I have always thought they were a waste of money. I take BCAAs, EAA, Glutamine, and EFAs, and maybe Creatine if anything.

      i used to be "rah-rah" for nano-vapor, but i'm liking beta nox shots (IDS) and BNN xplode shooter lately. i realize i like about any of them that has beta alanine (sp?) in it. i want to try jakc3d as well...i've heard that shyt was good from some guys at the gym

      I think pre-workout supps are so important...especially as you get older and stress/fatigue keep you from wanting to put your best effort. I switch up what I use almost weekly...sometimes daily.

      I've noticed that without it at this point, because I've been out of the gym for so long, it's the only way to get me in there to work out.

      Ive taken them before but just didnt find it worth it. I took a whe container of jack3d and after the first night i felt nothing. Noxplode was good for a bit, but i got used to it too and stopped feeling anything. I have honestly had better pumps with the BCAAs and EAAs. If they help you then its all good i guess. I guess that is a personal preference thing

      I've been using Black Powder before my classes and sometimes before the gym. says you're not supposed to use it everyday. so far not bad, works for me till I try something new.

      Bullnox , search it. It is a test booster plus N.O. no jitters but it gives you enough enenrgy to get through 1.5 hours of a good workout. Jacked messes with a lot of people.

      I just tried Jack3D last week for the first time. I was a nervous wreck, for I am very sensitive to things like that, and was afraid of how I would feel.

      I only took 1/2 the recommended dosage, and I have to say it worked really well. I had an awesome workout after taking it, had I not, I probably would have barely made it through.

      I tried the Grape Bubblegum flavor, it tasted great!

      Some of my friends tell me that get a "tingly" sensation when taking this, but I didn't get that feeling, I'm assuming since I didn't take too much.

      Anyways, I like it, and from someone who is really sensitive to supplements, I didn't have any problems with it at all!

      1.M.R or 1 More Rep is good, Since I sell suppliments I have got to try a lot. I haven't tried jacked but my buddy did and his face would tingle and he couldn't think straight. But everyone is different.

      Plus you need to rotate your supplements as your body will get used to them.

      Also, I talk to people all the time who take way too much of that stuff at once. With Jacked3d I take like half a scoop and it works well. But, I have friends who take like 3 scoops and Im like damn man your hearts gonna stop. I always say start with the lowest dose that works before u just take the max amount

      I agree! I took close to a scoop this morning, and still didnt feel that tingly sensation (YAY!), but I have no plans of trying any more than 1 scoop. I also, wont be taking it every day, just the days that I really feel I need that boost.
