TweetAppreciate you posting this. I just got done watching the first 5 minutes and I can say that this Dr. is an excellent presenter and 89 minutes is not too much time to devote to this information. Hopefully I will find time to get through the entire presentation. "The fact is that we are all 25 pounds heavier than we were 25 years ago"..."Energy expenditure and the quality of life are synonymous"...Excellent!!!!
