Tweetok guys, i need a good fat burner to use for 3 weeks cause i have to a photo shoot in LA. i need to keep my calories high, because i start a competition diet in 4 weeks, and want to keep my weight up. My diet is clean and high in calories, i have also started to up the cardio.
what do you think?

TweetEphedrine free EFX, used it a few times, found that it cut appetite, and was very diuretic oriented. So, probably over a month or two it does work, never did it that long to find out.
IMHO, you're best bet is too eat super clean and keep sodium below 1,000 mg a day, and drink 1-1/2 gallon a water a day. You will be pissing all day long yet you will be holding almost no water under your skin, this ups the definition and gives you a clearer view of amount of fat holding.
Also, isahillbilly remember alot of your posts from FB, so congratulations on photo shoot and your upcoming competition.
Remember don't forget the power of muscle memory, if you feel the need to lower calories and cut a little, due to the fact you workout all the time and are disciplined you can fill out again in a week.
Also, very simple solution that works is a cup of coffee and an aspirin before AM cardio. This will not produce jitters and wears off gradually by lunch.

I have tried the efx and wasnt that good, at least for my body.
