Metabolism?
How much does outside conditions affect your metabolism? For instance, I work in a telephone room that has to stay at like 65 degrees all of the time. We usually have to wear out jackets while we are in there. Can this affect my metabolism making it slower?
The reason I ask is because I have been reading an article that states if your body temp is at 96.5 or lower, then chances are your metabolism is shot and you need to up your calories to get it kicked back in. My readings have so far been 96.6 consistently in the mornings and only as high as 97.2 in the evening.
