TweetI definitely do......Simply because it's much better for you on a low-calorie diet than whatever else you may be craving for.....I mean at least that's how I am however..... Just because I can have some fruit and feel at least SOMEWHAT satisfied and it'll stop the hunger cravings and help me stay on track with my diet.......I only say this because that is exactly how I am coping with my diet right now to try and cut up.......

TweetI think whole fruit, not fruit juice would be good to incorporate into a diet but there are several studies that showed how our bodies deal with fructose less efficiently then other sugars.
I tried to locate the article but I can't find it in my archives. Search fructose and diet or diet/high fructose syrup because I remember that being in the article.

TweetI eat a 6oz apple with my morning protien drink and another 6oz apple but skinless in the afternoon with a can of tuna. I do this all the way up to a show when I diet.
TweetFruit can be used for bulking and cutting IMO...Id rather tasty carbs like oatmeal usually but the fruit definately is a big part of my diet
