TweetWorking out at age 14 will NOT stunt his growth. Get him in the gym and give he some weight to life. He should also be eating more... more proteins, carbs and fats! The body needs good fats to build muscle. He's metabolism should be pretty high, so he should be eating 5 to 6 meals a day.
