we love to eat there after a workout....always have the wheat tortilla, chicken/steak, beans, salsa. So, it's calorically pretty high, but by losing half of the tortilla and some of the beans, it's actually a pretty nice meal for postworkout 1 hour after gym.
we like to throw back 50 grams on the spot at the gym and then shower/change and head over there bout 45-60 min later for that. This helps a lot. Thanks bro!
