i'm 5'10 192lbs about 20% bodyfat and i want to cut my bf down to about half of that without loosing too much muscle mass, i've tried the lipo 6 and hydroxycut but neither did nothing for me i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. i just started hitting cardio 3 to 4 times a week for 30 minutes light cardio though just walking at about 4mph on anywhere betwenn 10-15 degree incline. any idea's??

here's an idea, increase the cardio! to cut 10% off your body with minimal muscle lost, you're gonna need a solid diet! at 192 I would keep protein around 200g. keep carbs moderate, oatmeal, brown rice, veggies, fruit. get your fat from fish, salmon, flaxseed. get a multivitamin. i would do sprints, don't just walk. You need to increase your heart rate and sweat some. try redline, those things make you GO!

^...Redline worked great for me. Venom hyperdrive 3.0 isn't bad either. lipo-6 and hydroxycut are BS!!!

where you doing cardio with the lipo6 or hydroxy cut? sounds like you were not...also, gotta get the diet in check or none of it will matter. last summer, i got bodyfat down to where you could see abs (i dont messure, i use a mirror) by just adding lipo6, watching my diet and decreasing my rest period between sets. i didnt even do cardio...i dont think it's the products as much as the approach

well, i'm on the fence about fat burners, but right now i'm talking ALRI's stack leann dreams, vemon, and special tactics! oh, you have to take CLA and if your diet and cardio is on that is what matters. i'm getting tired of spending all my money on supps and if you need the energy boost they will help!!

here's a link to a good thread about cardio
