TweetShit, I've been making these shakes with a ton of stuff in them (see my new thread about diet and training) and I have some of the worst gas ever! I was killing the guys at work today and we work on cars in an open shop! LMAO!

TweetFrom a health perspective a good rule of thumb is to have as much color in your food as possible. The more colorful the better. Purple, red, yellow, green--and dark colors. More dark color = more micronutrients like polyphenols. That's why berries are so damn good for you and red wine too.

TweetI actually like the black seedless grapes the best. Those and those yellow/orange cherries. I don't know what they are called but good God that is the best tasting fruit I've ever had. I had them for the first time this year and went back to the store to get more and the next time I went they were gone. Never to return. I've only seen them at King Soopers, no where else.
I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
