TweetUhm YellowJacket E is fat-soluble and C is water-soluble. From what I knew Vitamin A and D are the most likely to produce hypervitaminosis.

What exactly happens if you reach toxic levels anyway. For instance say you took A Multi (Centrum) + extra C, E daily. Plus an MRP or two a day which is like a multi. Do you think that would be too much? Know a resource that lists various vitamins and their recommended daily limit and/or what they can do when toxicity level is reached?
Well extra C & E wont hurt you because they're fat soluble, what you dont use, your body will secret. As for the fat soluble vitamins, its easier than you think to over do them, but hard to over do them, thats tough to explain but you know. They will build up to toxic levels and eventually make you sick, damage your organs, etc.
