TweetAny tips on how to perkup appetite? I started current cycle mid march and appetite was up to par, was consuming plenty of protein, low to moderate carbs, low to moderate fats. I started running prop/eq and var. The last week or two i am having mad hella time choking down my meals. I've varied it so i am varying chicken, steak, eggs and tuna for protein and it is a beeyotch. Spacing meals about 2 1/2 hours apart. Looks sorta like this:
Meal 1 6AM Protein drink, oatmeal
Meal 2 8:3o chicken or steak with 1/2 cup brn rice and veggie
Meal 3 12PM Protein drink
Meal 4 2:30 Chicken or steak, 1/2 cup brn rice veggies
Meal 5 5Pm chicken or tuna veggies
Meal 6 8PM protein drink
I figured running EQ as in the past would keep me eating but since switching to test E from prop the appetite has taken an ose dive.
Any ideas?

Tweeti think if you ate protein/fat meals as opposed to protein/carb meals, you will be much hungrier i guarentee that. eat carbs for breakfast(first meal) and your pwo meal, and be sure to get some carbs immedietly pwo. your other 3-4 meals should be protein/fat meals. carbs make you full, fat does not.
TweetB12 or EQ
TweetAlready running the EQ so i'll try the protein/fat thing and maybe some B12.

Tweetwhy does every post degenerate into more drug usage????
sheesh...
you need to create a need for calories. start doing cardio. if you are already doing it then do more.
cut carbs as abomb suggested.
avoid saturated fats all together. they will keep you full.
if you pick up cardio and adjust your diet, and you still don't have an appetite despite the drugs you are using, your body is trying to tell you something.
Tweetchange up your day and take a multi vitamin if you not already!

TweetDo 1000mcg of B-12 on your workout days. It will improve your appetite.
TweetI am ashamed to say i am NOT using a multi-vitamin, i will start em back up. I have been doing "rounds" three times a week getting ready for big karate tournament in july, maybe try some stationary bike too. I am intrigued by the B12 too, might pick some up.
TweetIam talking about the b-12 injectable, not the vitamin tabs, btw.
