Tweetman guys, i broke down... i started the day at 6:30 with my 10 jumbo eggs (8 whites, 2 whole), whole grain english mufffin and grapefruit juice as usual, but when 9 o'clock rolled around my tuna and rice just wasn't looking too good. the grocery store behind my office has a hot breakfast bar, so i hit it up. had:
biscuit
cheese eggs
cheese grits
3 slices of bacon
hash browns
and washed it down with a diet dr. pepper.
man, that shit was GOOD

TweetOMG nish, that sounds so ****ing good right now!
how long have you been going clean and doing well on your diet? if its been longer than 2 weeks, you'll be fine. your body needed that (your mind did too). just don't get carried away.
Tweetyeah man, i shoveled it down in less than 5 mins lolOriginally Posted by a-bomb83
i've been card depleting/loading for a month or so now. basically during the week my carbs are pretty low, usually 150 grams or less. then i'll carb up on the weekends or sometimes on my non-weight training days when i can't help it any longer and just need something.
starting up cardio has really increased my appetite too, it's insane. sometimes i just can't help it and i need something that fills me up and tastes good too...
it's worked well though, i'm at 240 and definitley less than 10% now. my blood pressure is perfect and i feel great so...
but man, i get the taste for good food all the time... chicken wings, pizza, ice cream, cheeseburgers, i'm always thinking of them lol.
Tweeti tried a keto type diet similar to the one your doing. mon-fri very, very low carbs (mine were usually nomore than 50-100g/day) and carb loading on the weekends. lost 10lbs in 2 weeks, not bad. the carb loading consisted of a chinese buffet now those are the bomb!
TweetI don't see the problem...biscuit..mmm...good, cheese eggs...mmm...good, cheese grits...mmm...good, 3 slices of bacon...mmm...good, hash browns...mmm...good. LOLOriginally Posted by nishnish
You just have to cut your carbs back the rest of the day and it will all balance out. At least the drink was diet?!?!?
Tweetlol...I feel you Nish. I almost barffed up my oatmeal yesterday after 3 weeks of eating it straight. So this morning I had some bacon, egg and cheese lean pockets!!! It was so delicious! My body is craving more now!!! Dieting sucks!!!
Tweetain't that the truth. i gave up regular soft drinks, they are actually nasty to me. when you cheat and make your drink a diet, especially a super sized one, you have no idea how many carbs/sugars/calories you are saving by doing that. a large coke from, say mcdonalds, will have an extra 300 calories, 80g+of carbs adn 80g+ of sugar...too much shit for me. as if the burgers and fries weren't bad enough, a regular diesel soft drink is just as bad.Originally Posted by T-Man007
