Currently taking B-5 @ around 3 grams/day. Slowly working my way up. Already noticing skin drying very slightly. No stomach aches yet, but I'm pisssing day-glo freakin' GREEN!!!

I've been reading a few post about stomach pain at doses above 1000mgs @ once. Just curious if it's better to spread the intake throughout the day or all at once, perhaps before bed? I've been spreading it out throughout the day at around 500mgs per dose, but it just seems like i'm poopin' pills all damn day.
