TweetIf you are just starting I would go with a 2-3 week cycle. Start with 40mg for 2 days, 60mg for 2 days, 80mg for the rest of the first week, then go with 100mg for another week. I wouldn't go over 100mg for your first time, but if you are going to go over 100mg, make sure you work up to it and don't pass 140mg tops. As far as diet, just eat clean. Carbs in the morning, around 2000cals, and keep fat at less than 10% and eat at least 1g protein per body weight. If your going for deffenition do higher rep exercise (10-14 reps), but if you want to keep your size and strength keep lifting heavy at lower reps, (4-8reps). Good diet + Good workout + Clen will give you some good weight loss results. Good Luck.
Tweetbrody means mcg's no mg...and dont elimate fat from ur diet just eat the good fats, from things like salmon, olive oil, nuts, seeds, and natural peanut butter. id say get 1.5 grams protein per bodyweight, .75g carbs per bodyweight, and .25-.3 grams fat per bodyweight. Continue to train smart, dont get discouraged if u loose strength, its inevitable if ur doing a full out cut. Clens pretty powerful, taurine will help with cramps (did for me), as far as the jitteryness, if u can tolerate it lower the dose, dont take clen after 3pm. Do it two weeks on two weeks off and repeat. Some people take ephedrine in the off weeks of clen, if u end up taking that take 3 caps a day along with caffiene. TweetGood question! Clen can make your heart rate shoot up and it has a half life of about 36 hours so it can cause you to not sleep too. I sleep just fine, but some have reported not beign able to. With that said, I would take the doses suggested above if you know you have no heart issues. It's not like coffee where you get a jolt for an hour or so, it will/can give you a jolt for several hours so you want to make sure you are heart healthy.Originally Posted by mick-G
