So should I just stick with the amino acid pills but I heard pills dont work really well in the bodys system and I havent seen any amino acid poweders that have as much in the pill what do you use so because I heard without the proper amino acid intake your day stops growing during a work out because it uses all the essential protiens but I knotice when I take the pills it really makes me shit
