TweetHey i just got 100mg tablets of DHEA.... i did research online and now im kinda worried about taking it. said a lot of bad things about it. But it also said it can be good for gaining muscle. I am 21 years old. Anyone who has takin it and can let me know how it worked for them that would be great, thanks.

DHEA is good for you. I've been taking it at 50mgs ED, but been off it for 3 months now. I really don't think at your age you would need it. It's best to use it with some Tribulis as well, they work great together.

TweetDHEA is a precursor to Test. The reason why everyone is telling you not to use it at your age is because there is more naturally occuring in your body than can be used not because it'll hurt you any. DHEA is a great supp for people over 35 or so when their natural supply runs low and they start to lose natural test production. To use it in the low 20's is a waste of money.
