TweetI take Kyo-Green, by Wakunaga. It is a combo of Barley and Wheat grasses blended with fine chlorella, brown rice and kelp. It is a premium Greens that are grown in the Nasu Highlands in Japan, blended with Bulgarian chlorella from natural mineral springs and kelp from the Northern Pacific. One teaspoon in a glass of cold water or juice is all you need for your daily requirements. I would experiment with the beverages though, because not all taste good with it.
