Tweeti'm trying to gain muscle and get to around 6% BF... I'm around 8% right now... i'm 5'8'' tall and 200LBS (give a few)... i am "ON" currently.. . I JUST STARTED THIS DIET.. the diet i was on before was probably MORE protein and MORE carbs... i just didnt realize i was getting so much heheh
heres what ive been getting
carbs: 225-235 (NOT COUNTING PWO CARBS...ALL LOW GI)
protein: 425-435 (coutning PWO protein)
fat: 50-60 grams
is this a sound diet for my goals?

Tweetalso taking two or three days off of dieting isnt a bad thing as long as you dont go overboard. It helps stoke the furnace. If you hit a stand still try it but just dont go haywire.
