I know that fitness models do this, and I'm sure bodybuilders do to some extent. But they claim they actually consume 0 grams of sugar in the 12-13 weeks leading up to a competion. Their only exception is during the last three days, and 1 day a week from weeks 1-3. What do you think sugar content should be for sane people? 10 grams, 20, 30 ? Thanks in advance...Shiner
