I don't make my own and never will. To me if you're training NOT to be a competitor in the BB world, just working out to look good or maybe do one show, there is no reason why anyone should not use something like this here.

The fact that someone would get so technical on what the TRUE subsantces are is a waste of time.

Buy a good product, do the research and you will not get a joke.

I see what you're saying, but how many people do you think are going to do this, make your own protein powder.

Even if they do, it's NOT going to make much of a difference whether you make your own or buy a good quality product like Beverly products.

Youre not making your own protein powder, you're making your own high calorie, quality calorie meal replacement. How many people are going to do it? A lot. A lot of people who are intelligent enough to do so and want to save $$$. I make a meal replacement (high calorie) that Beverly ( or anyone for that matter) can never put in a jug. Oats, fish oil, natural peanut butter, whey protein, etc.

As for the statement I made, it remains very much valid. Commercial weight gainers are comical.
