      Drink form you can go with XXX Blue Thunder @ 1,000 calories. Not to sure on powders as I have never taken a weight gainer before in my life. I seem to gaqin weight too easy.

      All commercial weight gainers are a joke. Chalked full of unneccessary carbs and all high glycemic. Make your own.

      I don't agree on this statement here.

      Not all commercial weight gainers are made that way.

      I don't make mine.

      But I do use this company here;

      https://www.beverlyinternational.net/...e_Provider.pdf
      https://www.beverlyinternational.com/..._pro_choc.html

      What I'm arguing with you about here is that you said;
      All commercial weight gainers are a joke. Chalked full of unneccessary carbs and all high glycemic.
      And this statement here is bogus;
      All commercial weight gainers are a joke
      I don't make my own and never will. To me if you're training NOT to be a competitor in the BB world, just working out to look good or maybe do one show, there is no reason why anyone should not use something like this here.

      The fact that someone would get so technical on what the TRUE subsantces are is a waste of time.

      Buy a good product, do the research and you will not get a joke.

      I agree Beverly makes quality products, but there comes a quality price, hence saving a good chunk of cash by making your own.

      I think that reason is bogus as well, it's mostly other reasons why you don't post here.

      Sorry Rado but YJ & Benz are correct. If you want to use a high gi sugar filled gainer than so be it, but it definitely is not a better choice whether you are talking about price, quality, or health.
