TweetI with out a question,I get big blind zits from creatine. About a year ago i was taking creatine and was gettin these zits consistently. then i had perfect skin for a year. Then,recently in the 1st week i started taking it i got the same excact type of big blind unpopable zits on my cheeks. Also, the creatine i take is just plain creatine with no sugar. I wonder why it causes this?
