      Vasapro has 200 mg of Guaifenesin ( , can anyone please tell how that helps?
      Did a search on it on google and got this:
      • Guaifenesin is an expectorant. Guaifenesin loosens phlegm and increases the lubrication of your lungs allowing for a productive cough and decreased chest congestion.
      • Guaifenesin is used to reduce chest congestion caused by the common cold, infections, or allergies.

      Definitely want the ephedra, but don't know what that is.

      ephedrine was/is meant to be for bronchial problems. That is why there is guaifenesin in it. Don't worry about it just stack it like you would straight ephedrine.

      there is SIDA CORDIFOLIA as well ( another herb containing ephedrine alkaloids ) which may not be banned & actually sold in England.
