Hello everyone, I haven't been on here in a while. We have just finished our season. We made it to the elite eight and lost buy 7 points in the semi final game.

I am now going to start my training for the next season. I am looking for some fat lost (keeping my muscle and my strength) I am 6'2" 230lbs and my goals are to 6'2" 215 or 210 I have around 12 to 15% bodyfat. Please let me know what you think.
