      no fat yogurt, soy chips, nutri grain bars, are these ok as a snack or an addition to your meal? like some i'll eat a cup of yogurt or of soy chips with my meal, well lately it has been everyday. anyway i'm looking to gain lean muscle mass while cut some pounds off. help me out guys! are those good for you or should i stick to no fat milk, bannas, apples, chicken, egg whites, fish, steak, potatos, veggies, turkey, etc. can i add those in or no

      work out hard, run on a regular basis and eat meat, eggs etc.. You dont need sugar in ur system. check out the replys on my post. might help you out too!

      Well it all depends on how strict you want to get with your diet and how ripped you want to get. when I diet or dieted I cut out all dairy and breads and just stuck to the basics like tuna, eggs, turkey, potatoes, rice and even cut out protein shakes. Milk isn't all that fatty anyway unless your using whole milk so I wouldn't worry about the milk as long as your not pounding it down everyday. I would snack on greens and try and eat as little sugar as possible if any at all. just make sure your on the treadmill or doing some sort of cardio after workouts so you can cut away at the fat. Keep the chicken, egg whites, fish, steak(lean steak), potatoes veggies, turkey going. I would cut out most fruits except for apples they aren't too bad.

      those soy chips are ok..i like the soy nuts better..non salted is healthier. I only eat these when im trying to lean

      I love yogurt as well but I dont want to eat it if it is fatty
