      Hay guys,

I'm about to start cutting down again for the summer, but I don't want to deprive myself of food (ie cut the carbs completely) I just want to eat clean and see if I can take my BF down to 7-8%. What do you think?

1 cup of skim cottage cheese – 1 piece of fruit (apple, banana, 6 strawberries etc)
      8oz of V8
      16oz of water with lemon

60 grams protein shake - 1 banana / 4 strawberries - ¼ cup milk the rest with water

1 cup total – 1 egg the rest egg white’s
1 package of rolled oats (made with water)
      16oz of lemon water

      Work out
Post work out shake 60 grams made with water – one piece of fruit

One can of tuna – diced cabbage / celery / tomatoes (or what ever vegetables are in the fridge) plus 2 tablespoons of a vinaigrette dressing
      8 oz of tomato juice
16 oz of water with lemon

      Evening snack if I’m hungry
2 cups all Bran with mixed with a protein shake made with water
(Some times a piece of fruit)

Things I add some days if I really hungry and craving something:
½ cup nuts – almonds or peanuts
1 cup of gello no sugar added

      Dayum,

that's dedication, looks okay, as long as totals are within what your body needs and you don't go catabolic.

thing I've found is too get there, and it is not easy for some, is that correct balance macro-nutrient wise, and then can't miss a meal.

Staying right on that thin line when you miss a meal you go catabolic pretty darn quick, and then if you miss another, well, you get the point.

Overall your eating all the right things, just make sure total proteins and carbs are where you want it.

Just a quick thumb check, protein might be a tad low, yet, depends on what your body weight is.

Good Luck, takes guts and determination to do it, and you got the first part right, planning it out well

Thanks Trip - I don't skip meals at all I'm hungry all the time (good in some cases bad in others) protein is always high say each shake is around 60 grams while each meal is around 30 so it's around 250 a day. Plus I only weigh in at 205 at 5"10. The goal is to drop the weight down to 190-195 but to really drop the BF from 10-12% down to 7-8%. I will do this with the diet as above. Cardio in the morning and training in the afternoon plus a little something on the side to help the whole process out.
      Thanks again for the advice
