Tweetraw oats are the best
TweetThis is an old school recipe for a meal replacement shake, they tast good plus you know exactly what you are getting.
ingredients:
12oz of water or milk
1 cup ice
2-3 scoops of chocolate protein powder at least 40g
1 cup dry oats (old fashioned recomended)
1 tbsp peanut butter(all natural)
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend on highest setting for about a minute
note: if you don't have a real good blender-as you drink this, the oats will sometimes settle, so you have to continusly swirl the drink in the cup
