TweetI dont think you are wasting your money, I get alot of my Vit. from stores like that. I would try to find a time released Multi Vit. if you can so you dont just waste most of it the first time you have to go to the bathroom.
TweetAre supplements worth buying from these places and the brands they have good? For example i bought A mult. Vit from walmart made a by Spring valley. So when i say supplement im meaning more of the Vitamin and minerals. So i was just wondering if im wasting my money on stuff like Vit. C, E, and ect. So post please.

Do you know where one builds action, stamina and guts? In the gym under the iron day after day, forever without fail or excuses or grumbling, that’s where. It’s true. I read a study somewhere and that’s what it said, really.
There’d be fewer battles, less drugs and less crime and more happy moms and dads if we all lifted weights… let’s face it. In what recent medical journal was I reading that?

TweetI buy from Wal-Mart often as well...
MSM, arginine, saw palmetto, flax, etc...
I also pick up Balance/Zone bars there for ultra cheap.
For all my protein powder/MRP/creatine supplies, I use DPS.
TweetI just bought some stuff from wal-mart yesterday! LOL. The only thing i would stay away from there is their protien powder selection... The brands are decent, but they'll charge you 15$ for a small 10 serving can of ON protien etc. Try doing some shopping online.
My method is to go to shopping.yahoo.com and type in the supplement i want then sort by lowest price. I buy sups online all the time and that has been the cheepest method for me.
I run suicide drills over and over with the weight of the world on my shouders... I'm far from being god, but i work god damn hard.
