TweetI was talking with a trainer yesterday and he said that too much protein is bad for you. I weigh 180 and I get over 200 and he told me that's over kill, and it's bad for you liver for all that protein. He also said that protein when not used can turn into fat?(which i've never heard)???

Tweetprotein i harder on your liver than fat or carbs, but so are As, beer , and soda. i seriously doubt that you would have major health problems by upping your protein intake.
