another thing i noticed is you said you only ate 1 can of tuna with it.. was wondering how you did than then noticed it had 15 grams of protein in the noodles!! that makes it PERFECT with the tuna for around 45-50 grams.... no extra whey needed =)

Rome, how big is your serving size for the soba? 100g?
If you`re paying 1$ a serving that is too much. Depending on your city either buy it from another food store or tell the people at the store that they`re price is too high and barter for a cheap price on a case of the stuff.

it should be mix with soba sauce and serve with cold,it looks like soy sauce.but it less salty.it so weird to mix with salsa and of course....it takes less time to cook and easier to choke down.

I love how fast you can eat it. I cook oatmeal and it takes two days to cool down.

I found it at an Asian store for $.99 for 150g pack(6 oz). They also have 1.5lb box for $1.25. I'm assuming the low Glyco noodles are the whole wheat, water and salt only noodles?? I'm trying to loose not gain.I cannot read the damn foreign stuff on the packages.I'm also not a big fan of tuna but the noodles, tuna and Soba sauce killed the tuna taste.Excellent!!!! I think this is my new meals!!Thanks!

Soba is actually a Buckwheat noodle, I think that is where you find the G.I. difference. Whole wheat is a more simple carb. I think that .99c for 150g is about right, that`s pretty much what I pay in Japan. You can find a list of low GI foods at this link.

And you can view my diet plan for bulking with soba at this link.

      I`m currently 5`11, 202, 12% with this diet.
