Tweetdepends on what your goal is, but if your not concerned about cutting(which no food would be the best answer) then cook up some egg whites, maybe a couple pieces of toast, or a healthy, high-fiber cereal. even a glass of milk.

Walking around doing heavy lift movements with lots of unstable food in your stomach is a recipe for disaster. I prefer foods that have no chance of coming back up, or making me nauseous.
