If you use a foreman grill for cooking meats with a lot of fat, is that fat that drains the saturated of fat.
I want to eat the beef, but I am worried about the fat content. All of the meats have more than 20% fat except fish. So I am finding it hard to buy meats. I get tired of eating tuna sometimes. But if I can use the foreman than I might be alright.

foreman grill drains no more fat than a regular grill IMO. try getting round steak and put meat tenderizer on it the night before and piercing it with a fork, cook it and its lean and not bad a little tough but consider it a jaw workout. also 91% lean ground beef in thin patties on the grill for hamburgers or a nice sirloin steak. on steaks remember they are counting all the fat on it when you look at the label you dont eat the big chunks of fat so you cut alot out.

someone once mentioned that when the grill was tested, it didnt cut out as much fat as advertised.

i use it based on convience. i grill up all my food for the week before the games start in a few hours and clean it during halftime.
Do you know where one builds action, stamina and guts? In the gym under the iron day after day, forever without fail or excuses or grumbling, that’s where. It’s true. I read a study somewhere and that’s what it said, really.

There’d be fewer battles, less drugs and less crime and more happy moms and dads if we all lifted weights… let’s face it. In what recent medical journal was I reading that?

I buy ground beef at Publix that is only 7%, and then some of that cooks away. I believe at my store it is called Maverick. They have that brand in other types and cuts of beef also.

To answer your question though, Yes. It is teh saturated fat that melts away.

Daturated fats are a solid at room temp. Unsat is liquid at room temp

Also you need to be away of the mercury content of the fish that you are eating

Also, there are other meats to consider like chicken and pork chops
