Tweetmoved to the supps forum. Celltech is way overpriced.
TweetCell Tech is awful. Buy some dextrose, creatine and Vitamin C and make your own (you can add the ALA, but I think it can be done without it).
Tweetthanks.in your opinion whats the best supplement to grow some muscle?i've been in this for 2 years, and i want something that guarantees some results.thanks
TweetDepends on what your diet looks like, its 100 times more important than any supplement.
Tweetdont waste your cash on celltech do as yj says
TweetWe just had this discussion the other day, and I believe the final outcome was don't waste your money on muscletech. Prolab creatine is fine (cheap and sometimes a free shirt..lol) and optimum protein imo is tastes excellent and is high quality.
Tweetjust a question.... will threads regarding celltech ever end?
the suggestions you've been getting are good ones.
(1) overpriced for a basic creatine transport (w/ dextrose and ala)
(2) muscletech marketing for their product.... well, lets just say their "800% better than creatine" ads and the 6 page ad-spread in every magazine published speak for themselves.
(3) you best option.... (cost efficient and being logical) is to get your hands on some dextrose, pure creatine and make your own post workout drink, along with your protein.

Tweeta mixture of Dextrose , ALA , creatine and protein is good?
TweetI agree. Cell-Tech is over priced. It is easy to make your own. I think ALA is an excellent addition to anyone's routine.
I like Creatine Titrate...It is not expensive....My understanding is that it changes the ph balance of the water, which is why it dissolves. So I use one scoop of Titrate(has 5g of creatine, an additional 5g of creatine monohydrate, and sometimes glutamine, and of course 250mg of ALA.
Tweetsome guys will have their carb/creatine drink first to spike the insulin up, and then take their protein 15-20 minutes later. I dont find this necessary. But taking your creatine seperately isnt such a bad idea since its pretty much guarenteed you're missing out on some drops of your shake from your shaker, and whatever gram of creatine you added into your shake, you missing out on just a little. Again, i dont do this myslef, but there are some who take creatine by the teaspoon, instead of dumping it into their shake.Originally posted by Magneto

As for ala, if you want to use it post workout, best to take it 15-20 minutes before your shake.

Tweeti used cell tech for 6 months. got less results than i was accustomed to seeing.
you can find 1000gr containers online for a good price. take 5 grams a day and you'll get 200 servings out that one container.
Do you know where one builds action, stamina and guts? In the gym under the iron day after day, forever without fail or excuses or grumbling, that’s where. It’s true. I read a study somewhere and that’s what it said, really.
There’d be fewer battles, less drugs and less crime and more happy moms and dads if we all lifted weights… let’s face it. In what recent medical journal was I reading that?
