TweetI believe that diet isn't that healthy....then again i haven't researched it that much, only heard about it....Can you describe it a bit more? I think it's a knock off when they advertise 10lbs in 1wk......ok, maybe it could happen, but would be water.

TweetIm not really sure of the exact details, cause everywere i have looked on the net you have to purchase the info or the book.. all i know is that its based on the atkins diet except its a little more realistic on the carbs..(able to eat more carbs)

TweetFind out how many cal it takes to maintain your body weight. Then eat 500 cal a day less do some cardio and you should be fine If you do not keep an acurate diet log then you will simply waste your time with any diet
