TweetI have been pretty good about my diet with the exception of these two supps. I consume 220-240g of protein daily with about 3000-3500 cal. I would like to get you guys' opinion on the best way to use these two supps (Creatine and glutamine). Such as how much, before or after workout, and whether I can mix with protein drink.
