      Ive been using ECA's for a while as a little boost before workouts. I also tried Muscletechs new Ephedra free Hydroxycut (dont laugh). I just wanted to try it but I know there are cheaper products.

      Whats a good ECA or even non Ephedra product. One that might even be ideal for a preworkout boost. Its mainly the caffiene so the ephedrine isnt that big of a deal. I was hoping some of you guys knew of some well priced quality products. Obviously coffee or something would be the cheapest but I like the ease convenience of capsules.

      As long as im posting are there any other supplements you can take 30-60 min. before workout to help you bang out the best workout you can? Ive been taking my Vit. C about 45 min before workouts. I dont recall if I read something on that or if I just imagined it lol.

      Just buy some VasoPor Ephedrine HCL and caffeine tabs. That'll run you around $13 for a 30-60 day supply. Avoid the aspirin pre workout at all costs.

      Yes, that would be the absolute cheapest way to go. Whats another product thats got it all? I dont mind spending a little more. Im not looking for high amounts of ephedrine either. Im not concerned with jolting myself with a bunch of it before workouts. Just need a pick-me-up.

      I like Labrada's Charge myself, when Im not using the aforementioned stack.

      Well if you want an all in one instead of buying them seperate like YJ suggested you could look into LMR's Clen 357. I'm sure you have heard of VPX's Liquid Clenbutrx? Well it's as good as it gets for fat burners/energy boosters, and LMR's is very cheap. You could take it 10-15 minutes before your workout.

      Yes taking Vitamin C before your workout is a good idea it helps blunt catabolism.

      Dymetadrine Xtreme's for me...

      2 pills and I'm roaring to go. I feel like I could workout for hours while the stuff is in my system. Just don't plan on having relations with the lady until it's outta your system.

      I was trying to get away from so much ephedrine. I started to think maybe it wasnt such a great idea especially when "on". I have never had any trouble but when my heart is racing like that I would sometimes get paranoid. Nothing has compared to that since though. I liked to try and keep my tolerance down. I would only take it on days I worked out. There may be stronger products out there but thats not what I want anyway. Ive seen some posts where people seem to be taking an ass load of pure ephedrine.

      I havent for a long time. But I dont take much. When I was taking AST's its like 1 pill 2 days, then off 1, then again 2 days and then off on the weekend. It seems to keep the tolerance from getting too high. I would never use too much of the shit, its like crack lol.

      This new Hydroxycut ive been taking is ok. Mainly just a mild effect from the caffeine probably. I dont consume caffeine any other times.

      This post isnt a search for a stronger more potent product.

      Well I would check out Charge like YJ said, or just buy some caffeine pills if you think that is all you need.

      i found Dymetadrine more potent years ago when they were those little white pills.

      anyone ever tried tyrosine as a pre workout booster? it was suggested to me as such one time.
      Do you know where one builds action, stamina and guts? In the gym under the iron day after day, forever without fail or excuses or grumbling, that’s where. It’s true. I read a study somewhere and that’s what it said, really.
