I have been doing a lot of morning cardio and I have lost a good amout of Bodyfat. My question is, how much better result would I get if I were taking any ECA supplements? Do these supplements make a major diffrence for fat loss? Or is the diffrence very small?

TweetLike YJ stated, diet is the number one factor. But I have to admit, thermogenic drugs such as the ECA stack, clen, yohimbine, etc. make dieting so much easier.
