TweetWell I just started a bulking diet today, I too am not real fond of plain oatmeal either, so here's what I did.
My plan is to get 50 g protein & 25 g carbs
8 egg whites - 24 g protein
1 scoop whey protein in water - 26 g protein
3/4 cup oatmeal - 25 g carbs
Made oatmeal as usual, then added 1/2 of my protein drink (vanilla) into the bowl of oatmeal and mixed 'er up. Now that was good and tasty, went down great. Give 'er a try bro, you won't be disappointed.
