      When making a diet and adding up macros, do I count, like the protein in oatmeal for total protein intake?

      Carbs in milk, carbs in peanut butter, portein in peanut butter, ect ect.

      I dont count the protein in non protein sources, ie, bread, rice, potatoes, etc. I woudl count the carbs in milk though.
