she is wondering what kind of diet is best for dropping about 15 lbs.i train her and she trains hard as hell. 3 days a week full body workout.like a giant superset for her whole body.then on days in between 45 min. on treadmill. she has a great body but she wants to get down some more.i train like hell but i know how to eat for me but i dont know much about the nutrition for my baby!!thanks for any help.shee is getting frustrated because she trains so hard!!!!THANKS!!
