      ok so im buying 1test final..and Ergopharms 6-oxo....is there anything else i need to increase my gains and prevent some nasty side effects?

      That should do it, you can buy some Vitex if you get some bloat, I wouldnt buy it yet, Id hold off on it, chances are you wont need it. Thats about all you need to see good gains, you can get some accessory supplements like creatine, flax oil, and a multi vitamin to enhance your gains, but it looks like youre ready to go. Train like an animal, remember to sleep and eat like its your job

      You may want 1 more bottle of 6-oxo.... heres a good cycle style:

      4 weeks on T-1 Final
      4 weeks off, during this time, use 1 bottle of 6-oxo
      4 weeks back on T-1 Final
      Post cycle 6-oxo


      We have found that to be the most beneficial stacking style...

      if your not even taking in any protien, you have no business doing any pro-hormone. not a flame, but you need to get certain things down first, and it seems as if you dont have 'em down, correct me if im wrong.

      I eat so much protein i dont think i need any more..i eat loads of tuna. I'm not sure tho do i need more then a cupple cans of tuna a day??

      Rebel, when I did 1ad I had some mild sides and threw in some 4ad to combat them. Lowered sex drive and less energy .4- ad is great to add to the 1 ad, plus it will give you better gains if you eat and train right. I would also pop a stacker 3 pre workout for an energy kick.
