I've read so many contradictory posts regarding Glutamine as
"useless" and more that tout Glutamine as the most necessary amino.

I strongly believed that it has immune-enhancing properties but I'm not so sure about it's anabolic qualities. I have read posts where people actually report "great pumps comparable to d-bol".
Gimme a break........what a joke.............right?!?

(By the way, I take 3 grams/day)
