Agree, for the most part a natural senna laxative and a day of fasting and drinking water or tea is all you need. Most of the other stuff is gimmick.

Senna is cheap, effective and does not cause cramps at least for me. Also at moderate dose you do not get the bowl shredding butt explosions like many of the others. Hell, just the mag citrate like you do before a colonoscopy would be fine too.

i use lucy leblue diet's tea at the end of my prep for the last couple of days when food isnt moving through as fast as normal and i am a little on the dehydrated side. i use 2 serv of fiber 2x per day year round so i dont get issues personally. like you said though if you want to be 100% cleaned out with nothing left in the pipes that solution they use to prep you for a colonoscopy will do the trick in 1 freaking day. i dont think their is anything left after that for sure.
