Tweetbeen using orange triad from cotrolled labs for over a decade. after a knee mishap a few months back did some research and after talking some people i also added in multi spec collagen protein as well. not the shit you see on tv or social media i have been using either granite supps or true nutrition for this one. seems to be working pretty well and my skin is looking better if nothing else. it is supposed to help with joint rebuilding skin digestion and pretty much everything. so i figured what the hell anything to speed up the healing process. the orange triad has joint support digestive support and multi vit multi mineral in it

I was just about to hop on and ask this exact question. Due to personal reasons I've not been really taking care of myself, and man I'm feeling everything. Every joint, can't even sleep. Definitely going this route. True nutrition has some quality products so I'm looking forward to this.
Thanks everyone

TweetI think sotalix Glucosamine will be good for you guy
TweetSalt and caffeine for me
I've got high calcium. It causes my joints to swell. Salt and caffeine flush calcium out along with lower my pulse.
When you get blood work ask for a calcium test. Have some water before hand and don't pee until after the test .

TweetWhat size serving of the TN multi spec would you suggest? Daily?
I’ve been dealing with some sore joints since July and looking to try some solutions to help. My hands have been killing me more so than any other joint abuse that I’ve endured over the years.
Tweeti do 15-20 but some do 30. 15-20 has been plenty for me and i dont count it towards my protein intake for the day
