TweetYou know, fake sweeteners like aspartame have been shown IN SOME PEOPLE to cause fat gain by tricking the body into creating insulin because it thinks it is getting sugar it must dispose of it (and any free fats in the blood). Also the by product of aspartame is formaldehyde as it is broken down in the body which is not good for you. I consume a diet drink once every week or two but that is it. Was doing every day and I feel better now that I stopped.
I think monkfruit and stevia sweeteners are better but still not good for you.
