TweetYes indeed. Also higher doses of fish oil (DHA and EPA) 3-4 grams of fish oil ED. Start a psyllium fiber supp with meals. (my doc told me about that)
Cut out sugar. Sugar is the devil not the fat per se.
Tweetor just take nialor daily like i do and it keeps all my numbers in check even while blasting. only bad thing is it doesnt do dick for my hdl which hovers in the mid to upper 30s most of the time and sometimes will creep into the 40s. sucks getting old but it is what it is
