Ever hear of Shilajit/Primavie?
TweetSo I was on lunch and came across this stuff. I ordered some and will give it a try. I went with the Primavie as it has been purified to remove any toxic metals such as lead. I will try it at 500 mg ED. Supposed to boost test, brain protective, increase muscle and connective tissue regen ect.

TweetI cannot tell a difference. I guess it is one of those hyped up supps that does nothing. Or maybe it is one that works if you are deficient in some mineral or such which I am not.

Tweeti cant remember who it was but someone told me that the vit shoppe brand of chorophyl was one of the best products out there and dirt cheap. dont know how effective it is but i use a few of their different products and they all work very well. may be worth looking into. i may as well

TweetThe stuff I have is top notch. Just does not do much I can tell. Wanna boost test? Use tribulus extract. For sure that works, certainly not like HCG but still good.

Tweeti was talking more about the detox of metals and stuff. as for bumping natty test levels or a little restoration i have been reading some damn good stuff on turkestone(sp) dante has a product from the lab on truenutriton that has outstanding feedback and labs on it. since i stay on at least low hrt their is no point for me to use any of that stuff
