TweetAnyone used this particular multivitamin? I'm changing mine up and came across this one. Picked up a bottle the other day and looks like it's got a lot of good stuff for a men's multi. A serving size is 3 capsules, but I spread them out. (2 in the morning and 1 at night) They smell incredibly strong and going to the bathroom looks like some type of glow in the dark science experiment, but so far I think I like it. I've taken so many different multivitamins over the years and a lot of them just felt like a waste, but this one just seems different for some reason.
