I was on the interwebs doing what I do looking for stuff and things that interest me. I came across this article on Lactobacillus reuteri, a probiotic that has a host of benefits. The main one is it raises natural T levels and increases mass of the testicles. (In mice, but the article states they have extremely similar systems)

I wonder if it will help with steroid induced hypogonadism.

It has also been shown to increase HDL while decreasing LDL, reduces inflammation by suppressing the release of proinflammatory cytokines, it has been shown to improve liver function from alcohol induced cirrhosis (this study was done with multiple probiotics) and even positively influences calcium absorption and bone density.

I read that at one time a larger % of the population had this bacteria naturally in their guts but now a very small % of the population has it naturally occurring.

I think I will get some and give it a try.
