TweetCold brew coffee is great. Why not tea? I will assume you that like coffee you do not get as much caffeine, oils and perhaps antioxidants but also like coffee it probably reduces bitterness and makes a smooth glass of tea.
I like cold brew coffee. I did not know cold brew tea was a thing.
Back in the day I made "sun tea" it was similar as you used time more than heat to brew it. Water might get up to 115-120 f at the most in the sun. Maybe hotter on a really hot day but far from boiling water like normal brew. It was a big thing in the 80s.
Try it and let us know.

Just takes longer to brew

TweetGuns, the best. I remember my grandmother had one of those glass jugs with the yellow top and she would set it on the back patio. It was 1.5 gallons and she would make a new one every day as we would drink that up.
